 <中华传  之  文化传承>

文化是一个非常广泛的概念，是社会现象，是人们长期创造形成的产物，更是是社会的历史积淀物。中华文化，亦称华夏文化，是世界上最古老的文明之一，也是世界持续时间最长的文明。它的广泛、深远，可足以拟写为《传》。华人社会继承中国文化后，不断演化、发展，以致今日的区域性中华文化。
传承这个特有的文化不是个机械性、程序性的事物，反之需要经过一个“熏”的过程。它的成功在于总环境泡菜坛般的“熏陶”作用。
总概，文化传承是在于一代人与一代人之间的言传身教。所谓活着的传统才有传承的价值，言传身教般有生命力的传承，更能激励年轻一代继承传统文化的美与妙，是文化传承的最好机制。

Chinese Culture

Chinese culture refers to the culture developed by the Chinese communitiesall around the world based on the culture they inherited from China. The key feature of Chinese culture is that the culture is developed and founded on Confucianism and Celestial philosophy.

Hence, in order to promote Chinese culture, PersatuanBahasaTiongHua of USM Engineering Campus will hold the first ever Charity Carnival where everyone can offer some charity efforts and learn about Chinese culture at the same time.
